Private dining room reservation and deposit policy
- Upon making an online enquiry, the customer will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss event details. It is mandatory for the customer to provide both a phone number and an email address, and to indicate their preferred method of contact.
- A 50% deposit is required to be paid through the website as soon as the event details are confirmed.
- Cancellation made at least 7 days before the scheduled reservation, the restaurant will provide a 100% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation made at least 96 hours (4 days) before, the restaurant will provide a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 96 hours (4 days) of the reservation will not be eligible for a refund.
